After the successful opening of The Denton Building, a mixed-use project built by Neighbors Construction Company, Denton II at Burlington Creek is a multi-family project located within the Villages at Burlington Creek master-planned development.

The 154 unit project consists of a 4-story wood-framed structure set atop a concrete podium deck foundation and features an underground parking garage. The building’s interior courtyard includes a swimming pool, outdoor lounge, custom grilling station and green space. The modern clubhouse features a stylish lounge, conference room, fitness center with separate spinning studio, wine lockers, a virtual gaming room and more.

The project was successfully completed in late 2017.
