Trilogy Apartments is a Phase III multifamily community which follows the record-breaking lease-ups of Phase I: Summit Square Apartments, and Phase II: The Donovan Apartments. The community will add 323 luxury units to meet demand for modern housing in Lee’s Summit, Missouri’s booming tech corridor.

Clubhouse amenities include a large kitchen and social gathering space, deluxe coffee bar, library / media room, coworking space, conference room, Zoom room, podcast room and guest suite. State-of-the-art fitness amenities will include a large fitness studio with a rockclimbing wall, private yoga studio and dry sauna. The outdoor terrace with lush landscaping will include a resort-style heated salt water pool, pickleball court, multiple lounge areas, custom grilling station and fire pit.

Apartments will be a mix of studio, 1 BD, 1 BD + Den, 2 BD and 2 BD + Den units and will feature quartz countertops, melamine cabinetry, stainless appliances, pendant lighting, vinyl plank flooring and carpeted bedrooms.

Construction began in mid-2023.  Neighbors Construction will deliver the first units and clubhouse in late 2024 with project completion slated for late 2025.
