Spread across 5 buildings, the 327-unit community is the 20th project successfully built by Neighbors Construction Company, Inc. together with project partners NorthPoint Development and NSPJ Architects.

The main clubhouse building features 2 wings with 99 residential units integrated with indoor resort-style clubhouse amenities which include a state of the art fitness center with rock climbing wall and yoga studio, a tranquil spa with a plunge pool, sauna, and steam room, a resident event kitchen, a media and sports simulation lounge, 3 seasons room, deluxe coffee bar & cyber cafe, plus a rental suite for guests. Outdoor amenities in the interior courtyard include a resort-style salt water pool with lap lanes and elevated sunbathing ledge, outdoor terrace, hammock garden, plus 2 ponds with fountains and a yoga deck encircled by a paved walking trail.

Despite difficulties with earthwork stemming from a rainy season in the preliminary phase of the project, plus the Covid-19 pandemic which severely restricted availability of materials, laborers and in-person meetings during the peak of construction, the Neighbors team met each challenge and delivered The Donovan Apartments with high-quality and value that exceeded our client’s expectations.

The community reached completion in February of 2021, and Neighbors Construction Company boasted a 100% perfect safety record on this project. Despite the challenges Covid posed to construction and in-person tours, The Donovan was 50% leased in 6 months with 0 upfront move-in concessions given. As of Year-End 2021, the community is 98.47% occupied with 0 vacant unrented.
