Outdoor amenities include a heated salt water pool, 4 cabanas, a custom outdoor kitchen, a hammock garden, a pickleball court, a bocce ball court and lush landscaping.

Luxury apartment units are composed of a variety of studios, 1-, 2-, 2-Bedroom + den, penthouse suites, and guest suites, all outfitted with quartz countertops, tile kitchen backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, upscale lighting, tiled showers, carpeted bedroom, programmable thermostats, and in-unit washer / dryers.

Preliminary work began at the end of 2020, and the completed project was delivered in Summer 2023.
