ENCORE is a multifamily construction project located in Belton, MO. The 361,409 sq. ft. community features 6 residential buildings with 322 studio, 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartment units, plus a 7,000 sq. ft. freestanding clubhouse.

Indoor amenities include a chef’s demonstration kitchen, state-of-the-art fitness center with separate yoga + spin studio, co-working spaces, private conference room, a media room, tanning room, and dog wash. Outdoor amenities include a heated salt water pool, custom grilling station, hammock garden, bocce ball court, off-leash dog park, lush landscaping, all surrounded by a paved walking trail. The community also features 80 attached and 80 detached garages.

Construction began in Summer 2021 and the project was delivered in July 2023.
