Located in Paola, KS, Prairie Place Apartments is a 17-unit multi-family project that consists of 4 slab on grade buildings, (2) 6-plex buildings, (1) 5-plex building and (1) Community Building. Despite winter weather constraints, we completed the project within 9 months as promised, with no overages and very limited change orders.
