Built for a repeat client, Estates of Lawrence is located on the far east side of Lawrence, Kansas, just south of K-10 Highway. The project includes 10 buildings consisting of 9 4-plexes and 1 duplex.
With 38 total units, the unit mix is a combination of 2 BD / 2 BA units and 3 BD / 2 BA units. The buildings’ exteriors are cladded with stacked stone, lap vinyl siding, batten board and feature shingled roofs. Interiors include vaulted ceilings, vinyl plank flooring, and modern hardware and lighting throughout.
Construction began in June 2023 and the completed project was delivered in early fall 2024.
