ArriveKC is a new transit-oriented multifamily development in the early stages of construction. Located near 31st & Main Streets in Kansas City, Missouri’s Midtown neighborhood, the 6-story, 537,831 sq. ft. structure will include a concrete podium with 5 stories of wood-framed construction atop. The building’s modern exterior will be clad in a mixture of brick, limestone, cement siding, Nichiha and EIFS.

ArriveKC will feature 371 luxury apartments in a mix of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units, plus 2 guest suites. Interior unit finishes will include quartz countertops, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, tiled backsplashes and showers, luxury vinyl plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms, plus modern lighting and hardware.

With architectural design by NSPJ Architects, the 14,000 sq. ft. integrated clubhouse will feature a large social gathering hall with a café and deluxe coffee bar, conference room, media / game lounge, podcast room, pet spa and outdoor terrace. Extensive fitness amenities will include a large exercise room with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, crossfit/ yoga/ spinning studio, nearly 20’ rock-climbing wall, sports simulator, plus a sauna area and cold plunge pool.  Outdoor courtyard amenities will include a heated salt water pool, outdoor kitchen with custom grilling station, bocce ball court, pickleball court, and firepit. Topping the building will be a 3,000 sq. ft. rooftop terrace with a custom grilling area, firepit, outdoor turf gaming court, plus lush landscaping and northern views overlooking the downtown skyline.

Neighbors Construction Company began construction in late May 2024 with delivery of the clubhouse and first units expected in Summer 2026. Project completion is anticipated for early 2027.
