Forming a partnership to transform an outdated 200,000 sq. ft. strip mall, NorthPoint Development and Neighbors Construction Company have come together to break ground on the expansive $63 million Westbrooke Green development in Shawnee, Kansas.
[The project will feature] three residential buildings with 347 units to be known as The Chadwick Apartments.
