Mission Flats is a new multifamily development in the early stages of construction. Located in Mission, Kansas near Johnson Drive & Nall Avenue, the 89,795 sq. ft. project will feature 2 buildings with 77 units in a mix of studios (10), 1 bedrooms (53), 2 bedrooms (12), plus 2 ADA units. There will be 25 attached garages.

Designed by Klover Architects, the exterior cladding will feature thin brick with cementitious siding. Unit interior finishes will include granite countertops, white shaker style cabinets, stainless appliances, tiled backsplashes and showers, luxury vinyl plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms, plus modern lighting and hardware.

Building 1 will feature a clubroom, fitness center, coffee bar, plus the leasing office and concierge service.

As of March 2025, framing has begun on Building 1 and the concrete slab for Building 2 will be completed in mid-March. First phase turnover is expected in November with final completion in December 2025.
