CORE | Modern Apartments on Berkley Riverfront is a multifamily construction project located along the Missouri River near downtown Kansas City, Missouri.  Located adjacent to the Bar-K dog park, restaurant and bar, the project consists of 3 buildings with a total of 355 luxury apartment units.

With architectural design by NSPJ Architects, the 2-story Clubhouse features a social gathering hall, a large 2nd floor patio, study booths, a colab lounge and conference room.  Extensive fitness amenities include crossfit, yoga and spinning studios, a large exercise room, a sports simulation room, and a rock-climbing wall.  Outdoor courtyard amenities include a pool with swim-up bar, a bocce ball court, pickleball court, outdoor kitchen with custom grilling station, and a hammock garden for resident relaxation.

The official Groundbreaking ceremony was in July 2020 and the project was completed at the end of 2022. Ownership has experienced great success with leasing with 2022 year-end occupancy rates at 86%.  In March 2023, the project was bestowed with a Capstone Award from the Kansas City Business Journal.
