Arabella is a new multifamily development in the early stages of construction. Located in Independence, MO, the project will be constructed as 6-plexes with 23 buildings and 126 units all consisting of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units.

Apartment interior finishes will include stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, tiled backsplashes, luxury vinyl plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms, plus modern lighting and hardware. The exterior will be clad with lap siding, stone veneer, and asphalt shingled roofs.

Neighbors Construction began structural concrete work in Winter 2024 and project completion is anticipated for May 2026.
