Ascent is a new multifamily development in the early stages of construction. Located in North Kansas City, MO, north of the river and east of Waterworks Park off of North Oak Trafficway, the project is being constructed adjacent to NorthPoint Development’s corporate headquarters.

The large integrated clubhouse will feature a large social gathering hall with café and deluxe coffee bar, conference room, media / gaming lounge, podcast room and beauty bar lounge. Extensive fitness amenities will include a large exercise room with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, crossfit/ yoga/ spinning studio, nearly 20’ rock-climbing wall, sports simulation suite, plus a sauna area with cold plunge pool. Outdoor courtyard amenities will include a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a heated infinity-edge pool, outdoor kitchen with custom grilling station, bocce ball court and pickleball court. The community is pet friendly featuring 9 units with private dog yards, plus a pet spa and dog park.

Working with Rosemann & Associates and SitePoint, Ascent will distinguish itself through its innovative design and construction methodology. With deep aggregate piers and tall modular block retaining walls, Ascent is to be perched above its surroundings, resulting in a wonderful view of the Northland and the downtown Kansas City skyline.

Neighbors Construction began earthwork and utility work in Summer 2024 with delivery of the clubhouse and first units expected in late Spring 2025. Project completion is anticipated for late 2026.
