CORE II

Built next to the 355-unit CORE Luxury Apartments, this second phase 196,632 sq. ft. mixed-use building will feature 153 luxury units with its own integral clubhouse with a fitness center and spa, indoor parking, as well as retail spaces that will provide tenants with further future amenities. The rooftop deck offers indoor and outdoor gathering spaces with unmatched views of Berkley Riverfront Park and the Missouri River beyond.

The West portion of the building houses a 77-space parking garage under a podium deck, while the East side features a 2-story Clubhouse and retail space under a separate podium deck. The 2nd through 6th floors consist of (153) wood-framed luxury units built using Type III construction. Given the soils challenges presented by the building’s proximity to the Missouri River, the building is supported on 40-foot deep rigid inclusions.

Apartment interior finishes will include custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, tiled backsplashes, luxury vinyl plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms, tile shower & tub surrounds, plus modern lighting and hardware. The building’s exterior cladding of brick, fiber cement siding, and metal panel siding will match Phase I.

Neighbors Construction started site work in Fall 2024 and concrete work will continue throughout Spring of 2025.
