Ellis Glen is a new urban infill mixed-use project in downtown Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The 34,324 sq. ft. building will offer 9,000 sq. ft. of commercial space on the 1st floor and 26 modern studio, 1 BD & 2 BD units on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

With architectural design by Collins | Webb Architecture, the 3-story building façade will be constructed with a complementary mix of masonry, stone, large format cementitious panel, lap siding and pre-fabricated aluminum balconies. Interior finishes will include quartz countertops, stainless appliances, vinyl plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms, modern lighting and hardware.

In September 2024, our team will complete building foundations, then begin framing in early fall, and deliver the project mid-2025.

As the first urban infill mixed-use development in downtown Lee’s Summit since 2001, Ellis Glen will replace blight, expand the footprint of downtown Lee’s Summit and enhance the vibrant, walkable culture of the neighborhood.
