Summit Square Apartments is a multi-family luxury apartment community located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The 414,475 sq. ft. project features 308 units in 7 buildings. Luxurious clubhouse amenities include a beautifully landscaped outdoor terrace complete with a salt water pool, custom grilling station and covered veranda with a gas fireplace. Indoor clubhouse amenities feature a comfortable lounge, kitchen / resident gathering space, a fitness center and spinning studio, a salon, massage room, media room and conference room.

In Fall 2018, Superintendent Ben Kooken delivered the project 3 months early with a 100% perfect safety record and a record-breaking early lease-up for the owner. Since then, Ben and our team has broken ground on Phase II: The Donovan Apartments.
