Trilogy Apartments is a Phase III multifamily community which follows the record-breaking lease-ups of Phase I: Summit Square Apartments, and Phase II: The Donovan Apartments. The community adds 323 luxury units to meet demand for modern housing in Lee’s Summit, Missouri’s booming tech corridor.

Construction began in mid-2023.  Neighbors Construction delivered the first units and clubhouse in late 2024 and project completion is slated for late 2025.
