In March 2023, the Kansas City Business Journal honored CORE | Modern Apartments on Berkley Riverfront with the 2023 Capstone Award in the Multifamily category.

Featuring studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and penthouses, unit interiors include high-end finishes and soaring skyline and riverfront views.  CORE’s amenities include a heated saltwater pool, pickleball court, hammock garden, rockclimbing wall, coworking space and rooftop deck.

Nestled in an entertainment district, Aspire Apartments stands out with its modern minimalist design, crafted by NSPJ Architects.

Harder said in order to meet their contract obligations and schedules, contractors and their subs must obtain their product early and often and have it on hand.
